It is my pleasure to present the financial results of our Company for the year ended December 31, 2011 along with an analysis of those results. Our Company ended 2011 with total assets of $2,220,000,000 and net income of $20,279,000 ($1.64 per share). In fact, our growth for the year was in the 97th percentile of banks between $1B and $3B. Also, a recent SNL survey noted our bank to the third fastest growing bank among all U.S. banks over the past 5 years (without CPB considered). Our asset growth for the year 2011 was 52% while our net income growth was 98%.





Fundraiser to benefit former New Orleans Saint Steve Gleason

Gleason was recently diagnosed with ALS, or Lou Gehrig’s disease. ALS is an incurable disease which attacks the nervous system. All proceeds will go to the Gleason Family Trust, which supports Gleason and his family.This is an opportunity for the community to support one of our own during a very difficult time.



It was the summer of 2005 when Ashton Ryan began the process of forming First NBC Bank. Then Katrina hit and the future of New Orleans and surrounding area was in doubt as the city filled with water. But where others saw questions, Ryan saw opportunity and was able to convince others that a new bank was exactly what New Orleans needed as it rebuilt after the storm. He found local investors that shared his vision and was able to raise over $60 million to capitalize the bank, the most by a Louisiana-chartered bank in state history...
